By submitting a contact form, emailing us, or calling our phone number, you agree to voluntarily communicate with OM Aquatics. In addition, this website may contain and store cookies to enhance your user experience. We will never spam you. Should you choose to opt-out of our newsletter or request that we no longer contact you, we will cease all communication, unless we are required to do so by contract or by law.

Our Contracts

All OM Aquatics customers voluntarily enter into a business agreement with us via a signed contract. The signed contract will be the sole basis for the agreement and will be the sole understanding of all parties, and no changes or modifications to the contract will be permitted unless they are made in writing and agreed to by all parties. The contract will be governed by the laws of the state of Colorado.
